Please Read!
We've received a few concerns from parents that they cannot log in to the app once they create their accounts.  The following steps will help eliminate any problems regarding logging into app.

  • Please read through your emails carefully.
  • Once you create your account through the wcall website (via sportsengine) you will need to check your email for a confirmation email.  You will also need to click on the link provided to activate your account.
  • Do not log in to the app until you have activated your account.  Your username and password will not work.

Do I Add A Profile For My Child?
Yes, when asked select the Add Profile for (child's name) option.  Failure to do so will result in your child's name and possibly birthdate being changed to parent's info in the team roster.

To add a secondary email, log-in to your sportsengine account through the WCALL website. Go to "My Dashboard" (click on pull-down arrow at top left-hand corner next to username).  Once you get into "My Dashboard" go to  "Household.  There you will be able to add a secondary email under the "Linked Accounts" tab.  You can also do this under the "My Profile" tab.  See Images Below.
